Coaching Philosophies:
Achieving good health does not have to be complicated, it’s actually quite simple. Yes, it is difficult, but there is a big difference between the two. Learn it.
Life gets in the way and since we feel the need to please and act on anything and anyone, we have forgotten how to make ourselves a priority. If you do not take care of yourself, you cannot take care of others or anything. You will become what you do a MAJORITY of the time, and if you do lots of positive little things over a long period of time, it will make the difference.
Success and good health is a battle of willpower every day. I believe great coaching results in getting people to make better decisions and take necessary action. Oh yeah, and it’s even better if you can crack jokes and have good conversation with clients as well. I guess what I am saying is that the relationship between the coach and client is crucial in the success for BOTH parties.

Find a state of internal peace by caring for and treating yourself, exercising, eating healthy, and happiness.
Set goals so high that they challenge you to become a better you.
Be your own magic - be brave, be silly, be present, be kind, be free, be confident, be you.
